We are delighted to announce that Lauren Vollon, currently a PhD student at University of Chicago, will be joining us from September 2022 as Assistant Professor of Accounting.

Lauren’s research interests focus on two main areas: 

1. The structuring of private M&A contracts with a focus on the role of VC investors; and
2. The effects of disclosure regulation and transparency on equity ownership and stock market liquidity.

We look forward to welcoming him and his family to Bocconi soon.
